Rep. John Tanner (D-TN) To Vote "No" on Reform

He's retiring, but is going out doing the right thing, as opposed to selling out the nation for some administration-created cush job in 2011:

“Aside from national defense, no matter is more important to the future of our country than her financial integrity...After thorough and careful review of the legislation, I am unconvinced that the long-term trend of rising health care costs is adequately addressed and am therefore unable to support the legislation.”

Live as a Blue Dog, die as a Blue Dog. Good for Tanner....

The scoreboard, as time begins to run out:

Ayes: 211
Nays: 212
Undecided: 6

Gulp...
