Banks married sportswriter and producer Max Handelman, who had been her boyfriend since she met him on her first day at college, September 6, 1992 She converted to Judaism upon marrying him.
Unlikely, because while to most Hollywood starlets bed-jumping is just a different type of rung-climbing/status-seeking that is simply part and parcel of the game, Elizabeth Banks stayed true to her one and only, and adopted his religion as a sign of her faith - to him, and to Judaism.
